The facts your clinic has checked and is happy to put in front of patients. When you start a campaign from a pattern, the draft is filled from this sheet and nothing else. Anything it cannot fill stays as a [[marker]] and the campaign cannot be sent until you replace it. Banned claims are never offered to the AI as usable, and any draft text that repeats one is removed, but a reworded version can still get through, so read every draft before you send it.
